For the past 20 years, I have worked as a social worker, specializing in the areas of child welfare, mental health and addiction, domestic violence and working with high-risk and marginalized communities. I left the field in April 2017 due to stress related to the insufferable neo cultural Marxist postmodernist agenda that has taken over all aspects of the social work profession. An ideology which views the world through the lens of the oppressed and the oppressor. An ideology which dispenses any notions of objective truth or morality and now dictates policy and law in our legal, educational and political institutions. Workers are compelled to kowtow to a very limited narrative that is rooted in radical feminism and failure to do will have professional consequences. I am of the Milton/Mill school of thought that believes that bad ideas need and should be debated in the open forum for 2 reasons 1) the ideas can be exposed 2) good ideas/narrative could be presented that will challenge the bad ideas. The threat of freedom of speech in Canada with the recent passing of Bill C -16 and the current M -103 motion have made me a staunch free speech advocate. I now hope to devote my time, energy and voice to stand up to the value of free speech. I will be communicating my thoughts, ideas and lectures with other like minded people on my webpage with the hope of creating awareness.
"I had the pleasure of knowing Ms. Sarina Singh in several capacities: First, as a student who demonstrated great knowledge, confidence and commitment with respect to not only the subject matter but also the field of psychology/mental health in general. I then learned how competent and effective she could be in getting things done, as she successfully followed through on her guarantee of compelling Dr. Jordan Peterson to provide a special guest lecture for my Human Sexuality class on a Saturday morning; this was during the time that he was the most sought after guest on all podcasts and other media interviews around the world. Ms. Singh’s most recent accomplishment was organizing the sold-out Free Speech talk on November 11, 2017, featuring Drs. Jordan Peterson and Gad Saad, as well as myself. She did not let significant adversity deter her, as she managed to turn a cancelled 380-person presentation into an extremely successful sold-out event for 1,500 attendees, with over 600 people still trying to obtain tickets up until the last minute. As one of the speakers, I was well aware of the difficulties such an event posed, in light of the political atmosphere at the time and threats by multiple parties to shut it down. Ms. Singh maintained her composure and professionalism and managed to execute the process and talk itself essentially flawlessly. In light of Ms. Singh’s proven track record in dealing with such immense challenges, I would not hesitate to have her facilitate any future engagements for myself. I would similarly be confident in her capacity to manage any other such functions for my personal or professional operations."
"Sarina Singh embodies the qualities required of a Soldier of Reason including intellectual courage, perseverance, and a commitment to truth. She has experienced realities that she considers to be intolerable and accordingly decided to do something about it. I was more than happy to lend my voice to her recent free speech event held in Toronto. If all concerned citizens were to follow her example and get engaged, it would accelerate the rate at which we might win the battle of ideas."
"Sarina Singh has a wealth of experience in child welfare, and has been through the social justice mill as a social worker, as well as experiencing and transcending a family history that involved severe racial discrimination and prejudice in 1970's Canada. She organized the largest free speech event ever held in Canada on Nov 11, and did a thorough, high calibre job both as organizer and panel moderator. This was no easy task. Sarina brings a unique perspective to the complex political issues characterizing our current time."
